What drives “AVES DE ESPAÑA”?

«BIRDS OF SPAIN» Its purpose is to distinguish in the market, for the purposes of this Regulation, poultry for meat production (chicken, turkey and quail) born, raised and slaughtered in Spain; fresh, chilled or frozen meat whether packaged or in bulk; and the products produced, transformed or prepared with its meat.
