Who promotes this certificate?

Compliance with the requirements of the regulation by operators and their certification through external audits carried out by certification entities are approved by AVIANZA, the Spanish Interprofessional Association of Poultry Meat.

How does the certification process work and where do I start?

The use of "AVES DE ESPAÑA" is certified by an independent control body, which ensures compliance with the technical aspects to be implemented by incubators, farms, processing rooms and transformation industries. The general aspects of the scheme are established in the Regulations of Use of “AVES DE ESPAÑA”.
